The group-export problem
WhatsApp Web shows a participant list, but turning available member details into a spreadsheet manually is repetitive. Group Export is designed to reduce that copying for groups you can already access.
Three-step workflow
Click Extract, open the WhatsApp group you want to work with, then click Group Export. The scanner processes available members and builds the export list.
Review before using the file
Names and numbers can vary depending on what WhatsApp exposes to your session. Review the resulting workbook, remove duplicates and keep only contacts you are authorized to manage.
Free and Pro limits
Free mode lets you test a small group export. Lifetime Pro removes the product limit for users who need larger exports.
Excel is the review layer
Once the list is in Excel, you can sort, filter and add your own business columns without changing the original WhatsApp conversation.
Where the extension fits
WhatsApp Invoice & Contact Extractor combines contact sync, Deep Scan, group export, saved clients, products, billing and invoice PDF generation beside WhatsApp Web. Use only contact information that your signed-in session exposes and that you are authorized to manage.
