Unsaved numbers are often the easiest rows
When WhatsApp shows a chat directly as +country-code phone number, the identity is already visible. Instant Sync can capture that row quickly and place it in the contact list without needing a deeper profile scan.
Mix saved names and raw numbers
A real WhatsApp account usually contains a mixture of raw numbers, saved personal names, business profiles and groups. A useful export should preserve them in one list while keeping the name and phone fields separate.
Use Deep Scan for name-only rows
The harder case is the opposite: a saved name is visible but the phone number is not. Deep Scan opens verified chats and attempts to collect additional visible identity details. If no number is safely available, the row remains name-only.
Deduplicate carefully
Do not deduplicate contacts only by display name. Names can repeat. Phone numbers are stronger identifiers when available, but different local/international formatting should be normalized cautiously so unrelated numbers are not merged.
Export or save
Select raw numbers and named contacts together for XLSX/CSV, or save the important rows into the extension’s local contact book with notes.
Try the workflow
The free version is designed to let you test real chat sync, contact selection and limited group export before buying Pro. Pro is currently USD $19.99 as a one-time lifetime license.
